A Story That Began With Sparrows.
Founded in 2015, Sparrow’s Pizzeria introduced Jodhpur to authentic wood-fired pizzas. What began as a friendly neighbourhood pizzeria has grown into one of the city’s most loved gathering places.
The name Sparrow’s comes from the flocks of sparrows that once filled the trees in our courtyard, their cheerful chirping inspiring the name that has stayed with us ever since.
For over a decade, we’ve been grateful for the love of Jodhpur, serving handcrafted food with warmth, honesty and hospitality.

NEW CHAPTER
In 2023, Sparrow’s was thoughtfully reimagined by Adbhut Aangan, founded by Vishal Bali and Kashish Vyas.
Today, as a pure vegetarian café, Sparrow’s Pizzeria continues its journey with a renewed purpose—bringing together food, art, people and nature, while supporting conservation and community through initiatives like Times of Sparrow.
